On a cold and windy day in Malmö, just as the hour struck for lunch, Ipendo met with Lars Wallentin, Patent Manager at Thule for a chat about IP strategy and how he works with the Ipendo Platform™ .

Patent and Design renewals

Easy to use, more functionality and more cost effective than ever before!

Renewing Patents and Designs can be a time consuming and tricky business – you’re either battling to find enough information to take the right decision or trying to make sure that your provider has the right data to ensure quality. The problem gets even worse if you are trying to review every single case for payment based on notifications in document form without all the case data to hand. Automated services often rely on system calculated due dates and have no tools to help you review the quality of data. Even worse, these services lack a way to address the issue of bad data quality – it’s all summed up in the old saying “Garbage in - Garbage out!”.
