With April already upon us, many thoughts will turn to spring cleaning at this traditional time of tidying and freshening up our homes. For Ipendo, our thoughts turn to the IP equivalent - and how we can help our clients tidy up their IP portfolios.
That’s why in this issue of the newsletter, there is a special focus on the Ipendo Extranet solution. For major businesses, especially those that have grown through acquisition, it’s hard to keep sight of all the assets in their IP portfolios, especially when those portfolios may be scattered across an increasing number of subsidiary companies around the world. The Ipendo Extranet is a flexible and user friendly platform that’s not just ideal for decentralised businesses, but law firms too. For law firms, it acts as their client web interface. Each client is able to log in and view their portfolio, generate smart reports, mange annuities/renewals, generate portfolio forecasts and manage innovations and contracts. All this in a simple and configurable shell.
In our R&D organisation, we are already developing the next generation IP platform, and our clients will start seeing the results of this innovaton within the near future.
