We are truly thrilled with the latest version of Ipendo Platform™. Both of our last two releases have focused on our key strategy of dramatically increasing the platform’s scalability. We have achieved this by extending the range of different administration tools that allow our account manager and you to configure your portfolio without spending time writing specifications and instructing development resources.
This is a major step forward for Ipendo and will help us to manage the huge increase in customers that we are enjoying right now, and is sure to continue throughout 2011.
Seeing is believing
Our next priority for 2011 is to improve visual design, interaction and navigation. We have joined forces with industry experts to highlight product design, and are making great achievements together. Work has begun on feasibility studies and some exciting new designs are already starting to take shape. We are also providing extensive development resources to build prototypes for evaluation, which will be followed by the development of the final product.
Hundreds of man-hours are being devoted to getting all the vital details in place that will give us the more modern design we seek, with an emphasis on high efficiency, ease of use and great portfolio overview. Our early drafts, presented to user groups in the US last February, were very positively received and confirmed that we are definitely delivering the changes you are asking for.
The best is yet to come
Another key priority for this year is to extend the Integrated Services in Ipendo Platform™. We are currently evaluating a range of options that meet our customers’ most important needs through in-depth discussion with people like you!
Our recent close cooperation with Innography gives us a tremendous opportunity to lead the field in this exciting new development. We are also looking at ways to improve our analytical services through the development of a new report module that will include a large number of pre-configured reports that will offer you greatly enhanced graphical portfolio information and statistics. Analysis and Reports will be further enhanced through a new analyzer tool that is currently in the prototype stage, awaiting approval for ongoing production. In addition to adding these outstanding new features, you can also rest assured that we are continually developing and improving all of our existing popular services.
