Trademark Counseling
A full-service solution that handles not only the renewal payments but also involves counseling in regards to actions from third parties seeking to contest your trademarks. Correspondence received in such matters is analyzed and advice given as to how to best proceed. This service module is often combined with general counseling regarding your trademark portfolio and filing of
new trademarks.
Trademark Administrator
Renewal administration is the sole focus of this service module. All trademarks are monitored and an annual overview is provided for upcoming renewal payments. All administration is integrated into the Ipendo Platform thus enabling administration that is efficient and virtually paperless.
This service does not involve any counseling on our side. You therefore need to appoint a counselor to which we will forward any correspondence that requires counseling.
Watches
In order to maintain the strength of your trademark portfolio you must pay notice to others seeking to register trademarks that resemble trademarks you are enforcing. This is a demanding task that normally requires the monitoring of a number of official trademark registers and identifying any competing trademarks that are of interest to you.
