Ipendo Contract & Licensing Module™ is a fully integrated part of Ipendo Platform™. It allows you to get an overview of the whole lifecycle of the contract from initiation, review, finalization, amendments and renewal. The contract workflow requires the involvement of several parties having different permissions and sufficient tools to perform their tasks.
Data and Document Management
Create your contract and fill it with data according to your templates. The contract is then saved in digital form, ready to print and sign. The comprehensive document management allows for tracking of the historical versions of the contract, instant creation, e-mailing functionality and sorting in different user-defined folders. Default Meta data could be related to each contract type in order to make search and reporting easier. The advanced search filter enables you to search for any parameter that has been assigned a value. The default data fields are configurable to better map your existing templates.
Keep track of important dates
All relevant key dates can be tracked in the contract docketing module. Calculate dates such as next revision and renewal, with reminders of upcoming decision points being created in your docket and sent to your e-mail address. Make sure that all involved parties are on top of their tasks and to-do lists by letting the system send reminders to them as well.
Create reports and manage contract expenses
Use the WYSIWYG report generator to create reports and report templates for later use. Define your filters and with the press of a button create an updated report built on the same filter. Track expenses and revenues related to your contracts. Configure the royalty engine to provide you with estimates on future revenues in existing contracts and create financial reports built on these numbers.
